Bianca Colclough is a seasoned recruitment professional and entrepreneur with extensive experience in the contact centre industry. Bianca founded This Girl Consultancy Limited in April 2020, focusing on personal storytelling and empowerment. In January 2023, Bianca established GamblHERS, inspired by a passion for the casino industry since 2009. Bianca currently serves as a Lived Experience Facilitator and Inequalities Board Member at GambleAware, utilizing personal insights to support those impacted by gambling-related harm. As a partner at Agenzia Recruitment, founded in collaboration with Dan Boyles, Bianca prioritizes a transparent recruitment service. Previous roles include Head of Recruitment Operations at USMAART Ltd, and various leadership positions in recruitment at Uniting Ambition, Appointments Personnel, The Recruitment Advantage, and Blue Arrow. Bianca is pursuing an MSc in Entrepreneurship at the University of Staffordshire, set to complete in September 2024.
