Keerthana GM has work experience in various companies and roles. In 2018, they worked as a Business Operations Analyst at BankBazaar India from July 2018 to September 2019. Keerthana then joined Skill-Lync in March 2021 as a Project Management - Content until January 2023. Currently, they are a Customer Onboarding Specialist at Gallabox, starting in April 2023.

Keerthana GM pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from 2016 to 2018 at M.O.P. Vaishnav College for Women, with a focus on Business Administration, Management, and Operations. Subsequently, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Loyola College between 2018 and 2020.
