Peter Lyneis has a strong background in customer support and client service roles. Peter is currently working as the Vice President of Customer Support at e2open since May 2022. Prior to that, they held positions at ICE, starting in 2016. At ICE, they served as the Head of Client Support for ICE Data Services, where they were responsible for global client support functions and led the integration of disparate support teams across multiple locations. Peter also served as the Head of Client Support for Feeds & Desktops, overseeing global support for real-time feeds and desktop businesses and directing a diverse international team. Before joining ICE, Peter worked as the Vice President of Client Support at Interactive Data, Inc. and as the Associate Vice President of Client Service at NASDAQ OMX. Peter began their career at Thomson Reuters, where they served as the Director of Client Operations.
Peter Lyneis received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Bates College in 2003. Peter then pursued further education, obtaining their Master of Business Administration degree in Entrepreneurship from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business in 2012.
