B. Crow has a diverse work experience. They began as a Cafe Manager and Keyholder at Borders Books in 2009. In 2011, they joined the United States Air Force as an Executive Assistant. In 2014, they worked as a Human Resource Assistant for the Air National Guard. In 2015, they worked as a Nurse's Assistant at the Blount County Health Department. In 2016, they became a Professional Freelancer at Upwork. In 2019, they worked as an Adjunct Instructor and Academic Tutor at Pellissippi State Community College and as a Creative Content Manager/Social Media Manager as a self-employed contractor. In 2021, they became a Web Content Strategist as a contracted consultant at AT&T. Finally, in 2022, they began working as a Client Education Content Writer at Galaxy Digital: Volunteer Management.

B. Crow completed a Master of Arts in Creative Writing from Southern New Hampshire University in 2018, a Bachelor of Arts in Theirtory from Ashford University in 2016, and an Associate's degree in General Studies from Roane State Community College in 2009. Additionally, B. Crow has obtained three certifications from LinkedIn in Graphic Design Foundations: Layout and Composition, Graphic Design Foundations: Typography, and Introduction to Graphic Design: Concepts in 2022.
