Vana Sprott has been working in the customer service industry since 2012. Vana began their career at Concentrix as a Senior Customer Service Executive. In 2017, they joined Mark Williams Recruitment as a Banking and Finance Associate, where they were responsible for delivering top-tier local and international candidates to conventional and Islamic financial services firms across the UAE. Later that year, they took on a role at Helpling Middle East as a Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Specialist.
