Tuhina Sarkar has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies.

Tuhina started their career as an Intern at Microsoft in 2013. Tuhina then joined AdStuck Consulting Pvt Ltd as an Intern for a few months in 2014.

Tuhina then moved on to Hewlett Packard, where they worked as a Research and Development Engineer from August 2014 to June 2016. Their responsibilities included smoke and regression testing, preparing test scenarios and cases, defect logging/analysis, and writing automation scripts.

After Hewlett Packard, Tuhina joined OpenText as a Lead Software Engineer in July 2016. Tuhina worked in this role until September 2018.

Currently, Tuhina Sarkar is working at Gainsight. Tuhina started as a Senior Software Test Engineer in September 2018 and held this position until January 2021. Tuhina then became a Lead SDET and worked in that role until February 2023. Currently, they are a Principal Engineer at Gainsight starting from March 2023.

Tuhina Sarkar completed their 10th and 12th grade education from Don Bosco Academy in Patna between 1996 and 2010, with a focus on the field of science. Tuhina then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Science from Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology from 2010 to 2014.
