Pepe Castells serves as the Vice President of Engineering and Facilities Operations at TierPoint since September 2013, following a role as Corporate Director of Engineering and Facilities Operations at Xand from September 2013 to January 2016. Prior experience includes Director of Engineering Services at SynapSense Corporation (April 2011 - July 2013), where responsibilities centered on data center energy analysis and solution design. Previously, at Savvis (August 2007 - February 2011), Pepe Castells oversaw design for global data center projects during expansions and acquisitions. Early career roles include Sr Electrical Engineer at KTA Group (2006 - 2007) and Director of Design Development at Nova Corp (1997 - 2006), focusing on comprehensive management of data center projects. Pepe Castells holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology (1992 - 1995).
