Maxime Oprinsen has a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Avans University of Applied Sciences and completed a minor in Labor, Health, and Wellbeing at Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences. Currently serving as an HR Adviseur at GAEV Dental since May 2022, Maxime previously worked at Van Mossel Automotive Groep as an HR-assistent and at Espero BV as an HR-medewerker, where contributions included developing policies regarding absenteeism and sustainable employability. Earlier experience includes HR internship at SPIE Nederland, focusing on recruitment and selection strategies, and five years in retail at Albert Heijn. A notable academic project involved addressing strategic HR issues related to employee sustainability.
