Araminta Naylor is an experienced professional with a strong background in business development and behavioral science. Currently serving as the Head of Business Development at GAABS since September 2020, Araminta previously held multiple roles at Influence at Work (UK) from January 2019 to September 2024, including Principal Behavioural Scientist and Senior Behavioural Science Consultant. Earlier career experience includes positions as Consumer Trends Strategist and Client Services Analyst at Foresight Factory, and a marketing role at Danone. Araminta began their professional journey with an internship focused on Organizational Culture at BNY Mellon in December 2015. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Social and Cultural Psychology from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a Master of Arts in Human Sciences from the University of Oxford.
