Mark Brown is an experienced Service and Transformation Manager at Second Step since September 2019, where responsibilities include developing a new service for homeless clients with complex needs utilizing the Critical Time Intervention approach across Somerset. Mark supports managers and staff in implementing a psychologically informed framework and advocates for innovative solutions to improve client access to services. Previously, Mark served as Progression Manager at Crisis from October 2015 to September 2019, managing a diverse team focused on delivering high-quality coaching and progression activities for homeless and vulnerable adults in education, training, employment, mental health, and housing sectors. Mark holds a BA Hons in Fine Art Painting from the University of Gloucestershire.
