Patrick McCloskey has a strong background in risk management and information security. Patrick most recently worked as a Risk Governance Lead at G-Research, where they were responsible for overseeing risk management initiatives. Prior to this, they served as a Principle Consultant at NCC Group, providing information security, risk, and governance consultancy services to clients across various industries. McCloskey also held leadership roles at Paddy Power Betfair and Betfair, where they played a key role in developing and implementing information security strategies and managing technology risks. Patrick has a track record of establishing frameworks, processes, and documentation to support risk management efforts and has received recognition for their work in the industry.

Patrick McCloskey attended Dr Challoners High School from 1999 to 2006. Patrick then pursued a Master's Degree in Mathematics at the University of Oxford from 2007 to 2011. In addition to their academic education, they obtained certifications including CISPP, CISMP, CRISC, and PCI QSA.
