Joanne McAfee is an experienced professional with a strong background in IT management and systems administration. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Continent8 since November 2020, Joanne manages customer and business projects within the Service Delivery team. Joanne has been with Continent8 Technologies since September 2013, initially as a Senior Network Administrator and later as the Team Lead of the Systems Admin team. Prior positions include Senior Network Administrator roles at VoiceVault and Candidate Manager, and IT Support Analyst at Pfizer. Joanne began their career as a Technical Support Specialist at Zomax. Educational qualifications include a BSc in Computing with a focus on Application Support and IT Management from Dundalk Institute of Technology obtained in 2001, and a further BSc in IT Management/Application Support completed in 2003.
