Johan started their career at BBVA, where they gained expertise in human resources policies, selection processes, and compensation and benefits. Johan then moved on to Syngenta Crop Protection, where they served as a Compensation and Benefits Coordinator, responsible for various processes and regional payroll coordination. At Kimberly-Clark, they worked as a Compensation and Benefit Manager, managing the total rewards package and participating in the creation of a sales incentive plan. Johan Ayala's education history includes a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, which they obtained from 2016 to 2018. Prior to this, they pursued an Especialización degree in HR Managerial Skills Specialization at the Universidad Externado de Colombia from 2007 to 2009. In 2004, they completed a program in English as a second language at Central Washington University. Their undergraduate degree, an Ing in Industrial Engineering, was earned from Universidad de La Sabana between 1999 and 2004.
