Jessica Naylor is an experienced change management and people experience professional, currently serving as Senior Manager Change and People Experience at Aussie Broadband since July 2023. Previously, Jessica held the role of Director of Operational Change at Mercy Health Australia, where an Organizational Culture analysis and Change Management Framework were developed. At AusNet Services, Jessica created the Employee Experience role and served as Change Management Lead, coordinating activities for approximately 1000 employees. Additional experience includes roles at National Australia Bank, La Trobe University, CGU Insurance, ANZ, and City of Edinburgh Council, showcasing strong expertise in change management, employee experience design, and organizational transformation. Jessica's educational background includes a Master of Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Melbourne, a Graduate Diploma in Psychology from Monash University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Deakin University.
