Idris Merchant holds extensive experience in product management and business analysis within the retail lending sector, currently serving as Director of Product Management at FYNDNA TechCorp Pvt. Ltd. since March 2024. Previously, Idris held roles at Accenture as Portfolio Lead overseeing Axis Bank’s retail lending projects, and at HDFC Bank as a Business and System Analyst focused on digital retail lending initiatives. Other notable positions include contributions at Axis Bank in retail assets and agricultural lending, YES BANK in retail assets and depository services, and early career roles at HDFC Bank Ltd., TCS e-Serve International Ltd., Shaw Wallace Properties Ltd., and Godrej Properties Limited. Idris possesses a B.Com degree from the University of Mumbai and has successfully led numerous projects aimed at enhancing service delivery and digital banking processes.
