Dave Rolston has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. Dave currently serves as the Chief Process Officer at FyberX, a company focused on the hemp fiber processing industry. Prior to this, they operated their own consulting firm, Rolston Consulting, LLC, specializing in business development and program management.
Dave's previous roles include serving as the Director of Air Force Programs at Rockwell Collins Simulation and Training Solutions, where they oversaw training systems for various aircraft. Dave also held the position of Vice President Air Force Programs at NLX, LLC, which was later acquired by Rockwell Collins.
Before transitioning into the private sector, Dave worked at Quintron/Loral/Lockheed Martin, where they served as a Program Manager and Manager of Business Development for B-1 and T-1A training systems. Dave began their career in the Missouri Air National Guard, where they flew various aircraft and later served as the Wing Training Officer.
Dave's expertise in engineering and product support led him to McDonnell Douglas Training Systems, now Boeing, where they held leadership positions, including Chief of Engineering and Product Support. Throughout their career, Dave has been involved in capture management, proposal writing, program management, and the development of various management and compliance documents.
Dave Rolston received their Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Virginia between 1959 and 1964. Dave later pursued a Master of Science degree in Control Systems Science and Engineering at Washington University in St. Louis from 1971 to 1976.
