Ian T. currently serves as the Vice President of Acquisitions at Stratford Partners, a position held since February 2022, focusing on identifying and acquiring multi-family properties in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia. Prior to this role, Ian T. gained extensive experience at Marcus & Millichap from October 2016 to February 2022, where a progression from Associate to Senior Associate and Associate Director was achieved. Additionally, Ian T. worked as a Graduate Assistant at the East Carolina University College of Business, assisting in a project to redesign the Career Center webpage and supporting students with resume development. Earlier experience includes managerial and operational roles at The Pool Management Group, Inc. and Camp Timberlake. Ian T. holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from East Carolina University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Clemson University.
