Pengyuan(Jack) Kou has a diverse work experience in the software industry. Pengyuan(Jack) started their career as a Software Developer Intern at Wind River Systems in 2006. Pengyuan(Jack) then worked as a Software Developer at IFS from 2008 to 2012. Following this, they joined Fuze as an Intermediate Software Developer from 2012 to 2014. Pengyuan(Jack) then moved to Navis in 2016, where they worked as a Software Support Engineer until 2018. In 2018, they joined IFS again, this time as a Senior Software Engineer until 2019. Currently, they are working as a Software Engineer at 8x8 and as a Senior Software Developer at Fuze, starting both roles in 2019.

Pengyuan Kou, also known as Jack Kou, completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at Carleton University from 2004 to 2009. In April 2016, they obtained the Certified Scrum Master certification from the Scrum Alliance.
