Maya Gal is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in engineering management and product development. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Google since August 2022, Maya previously co-founded Okapi, where the role as CTO & CPO involved developing AI-powered risk analysis platforms and leading engineering teams in machine learning and data applications. Prior engagements include managing a large team of BI and data engineers at Ness Technologies, where significant contributions to enterprise migrations and business intelligence implementations were made, as well as serving as CTO at Hi-Teach, focused on e-learning platform development. Early career experience includes leading R&D teams at Amdocs and working towards digital transformation initiatives with C-Suite clientele. Maya Gal holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Tel Aviv University.
