Nancy L. has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Nancy currently holds the position of Head of Human Resources and Operations at Futronics Corporation and Head of Human Resources and General Management at UBTECH Robotics. Previously, they worked at Hitron Technologies Inc. as a Human Resources Management professional, where they were responsible for talent acquisition and recruitment. Prior to that, they served as a Global Human Resources Business Partner at Lenovo, where they led a team and fulfilled strategic HR positions. Nancy also held the position of Senior Director Human Resources at DHL, where they provided HR services and support for cross-country operations.

Nancy L. holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Fudan University, which they obtained in 2005. Nancy later pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from the Graduate School of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, graduating in 2014. Additionally, Nancy has obtained several certifications, including Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from HRCI in 2014 and Teaching Chinese as a Second Language (TCSL) from Beijing Language and Culture University in 2014. Nancy also holds certifications such as Internationally Certified Financial Analyst (ICFA) from AIEA in 2013, SHRM-SCP from SHRM in 2013, Internal Auditor Qualification from CCIC-China Certification & Inspection Group in 2007, and Legal Professional Qualification from the Ministry of Justice of the People's Republic of China in 2007.
