Patrick Dowling is currently an Associate, Department Manager, Environmental & Facility Services at Fuss & O'Neill. Prior to that, they worked as a Research & Development Scientist at Arch Chemicals from March 1999 to November 1999, where they were responsible for laboratory research and development of new photoresist thin film formulations for the semiconductor industry.
From April 1998 to March 1999, Patrick worked as an Environmental Chemist at On-Site Environmental Laboratory, conducting environmental analysis of soil, water and air media for polychlorinated biphenyls, petroleum hydrocarbons, volatile organics, and metals in support of the management of excavation spoils from the Boston Central Artery Project.
Before that, Patrick served as a Research Assistant at the University of Rhode Island Graduate School of Oceanography from October 1997 to April 1998. There they assisted in graduate, post doctoral, and academic research including paleomagnetic analysis of deep sea sediment cores; collection and analysis of environmental media; and design, development, and fabrication of research tools and equipment.
Patrick Dowling received their Bachelor of Science in Geology & Geological Oceanography from the University of Rhode Island.
