Padmesh Herole is an accomplished director with extensive experience in manufacturing and operations within the engineering sector. Currently serving as the Director of Manufacturing at Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc., since April 2021, Padmesh focuses on advanced manufacturing, automation, and Industry 4.0 strategies. Previous roles at Cummins Inc. spanned from July 2005 to April 2021, including leadership positions such as NPI Manufacturing Leader for Cummins Emission Solutions, where Padmesh guided new product introductions and managed global manufacturing strategies. Significant achievements include leading multiple plant startups, enhancing operational efficiency, and implementing advanced manufacturing processes.
