Xuemin Deng has worked for three companies in the past, beginning with Alstom Group in 2014 as an ISBE Analyst. In 2015, they moved to GE Digital as an IT Project Manager and has been with Great Wall Motor Finance China since 2018 as a Technical Project Manager.

Xuemin Deng obtained a Master's degree in computer and system sciences from Stockholm University between 2011 and 2013. Prior to that, they were an exchange student at the University of Bor?s in Informatics in 2010. Additionally, they hold certifications in IBM Cognos and Prince2 Practioner.
