Pelayo Herrera F. is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership, strategic planning, and organizational development. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Fundación Astoreca since September 2008, Pelayo oversees institutional projects focused on sustainable development and stakeholder engagement, particularly in the education sector. As the President of the Board of Directors for Colegio San Juan de Lampa, Pelayo champions high-quality, free education for vulnerable communities. Previous roles include co-founder and executive director of Límite Sur and Masterdeck, as well as a strategic advisor for various companies. Pelayo has also shared expertise in leadership and change theory as a university professor. An engineering graduate from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, Pelayo possesses a strong foundation in civil engineering and strategic consulting.
