Leesa started their career as an Assistant Store Manager at rue21. Leesa then became an Interim Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager at Pier 1 Imports. In July 2017, they joined Procare Software as an Enterprise Account Manager.
While at Procare Software, Leesa was named employee of the month within the first 3 months of working for the company. Leesa owned the Client Relationship with Enterprise accounts from post sale, launch and on-boarding, through to growth and renewal. Leesa project managed client projects and launches coordinating multiple teams (Sales, Product Management, Solutions Engineering, Engineering) to ensure deadlines are met, training is completed, system is pressure tested, and client approves of functionality. Leesa also influenced internal strategies with executive leadership for improving business processes to better meet the company's goals and the client's needs. In addition, Leesa mentored Client Success Managers on improving their client relationships.
In May 2021, Leesa joined Fullcast.io as a Customer Success Business Partner.
Leesa Tietjen has a degree in Fine and Studio Arts from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas. Leesa also has certification from LinkedIn in Creating Positive Conversations with Challenging Customers.
