Kristiina Lindholm has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Kristiina has been with Eficode since 2013, where they started as a Technical Project Manager before progressing to become the Application Management Director and ultimately serving as the Chief Operating Officer of Managed Services. Prior to Eficode, they worked at the University of Helsinki as a Researcher, both as a PHD Student and later as a regular Researcher. Kristiina also gained experience at AAC Global as a CAT coordinator, CAT support, and Project Assistant. Additionally, they worked at Welho as a Customer Service Adviser and at the University of Helsinki as a Research Assistant.

Kristiina Lindholm's education history starts with their attendance at The English School of Helsinki from 1987 to 2001. However, no degree or field of study is specified for this period. Following this, they pursued a BA in Computational Linguistics at the University of Tübingen from 2003 to 2006. Finally, they obtained an MA in Language Technology from the University of Helsinki between 2006 and 2010.
