Igor Villaluz is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client success management, service delivery, and customer operations. Currently serving as Team Lead of Client Success Management at Full Scale since August 2022, Igor drives talent performance and fosters client success through strategic initiatives and team collaboration. Previously, as Service Delivery Manager at Kuehne+Nagel, Igor led a team of 40 across multiple functional units and built strong stakeholder relationships in various countries. Igor’s background includes roles at Lexmark, where a focus on customer operations, program management, and team leadership was evident, along with technical support positions earlier in the career at eTelecare Global Solutions and Primary Structures Corporation. Igor holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from STI Computer College.
