Jason Foxwell-Moss has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jason started their career in the Royal Navy as a Seaman Officer, where they gained expertise in a highly flexible role and was awarded sponsorship for University. After leaving the Navy, they worked as a Project Manager at LINDSTRAND HOT AIR BALLOONS LIMITED and then as a Manager at Starbucks Coffee Company.

In 2001, they joined Zagme.com Limited as a Customer Services Manager for a brief period before transitioning to AE Live. At AE Live, they held multiple roles, including Operations Manager, Business Manager, and Director of Business Operations. In these positions, they were responsible for day-to-day operations, business development, contract negotiation, HR management, and staff development.

In 2015, Jason joined Deltatre, where they had significant responsibilities and leadership positions. Jason started as the Operations Director UK, overseeing UK operations and support teams, and providing direction and strategy. Jason then became the Global Director of Customer Service Operations, responsible for global customer services strategy and implementation. Their most recent role at Deltatre was Vice President B2B & B2C Support, where they led 24/7 support services for B2B and B2C clients, developed support strategies, and ensured alignment with the company's goals and market needs.

Jason Foxwell-Moss completed their Bachelor's degree in Russian at The University of Sheffield from 1988 to 1992. Jason later pursued further education and obtained a Postgraduate Certificate in Business Administration from The Open University in 2008 to 2009. Additionally, they completed their Masters in Business Administration (MBA) at The Open University from 2009 to 2013. Before their university studies, from 1986 to 1988, they attended Stamford College, although the degree and field of study are unspecified.
