Eduardo Menezes is a Senior Quality Assurance Manager at Fulgent Genetics since September 2023, responsible for ensuring compliance with the Laboratory Quality Management System and managing internal audits. Prior to this role, Eduardo served as a Senior Project Manager at NeoGenomics Laboratories from January 2018 to January 2023, leading the implementation of an enterprise-wide Quality Management Process. As Director of Quality Assurance at GE Healthcare - Clarient Diagnostic Services from June 2014 to December 2017, responsibilities included ensuring quality and regulatory compliance across multiple sites. Eduardo also held the position of Regional Quality Manager at Labcorp, overseeing the Quality Management System for various in vitro diagnostic laboratories, and worked at 3M as a Quality Assurance Engineer, establishing a centralized change control system. Eduardo's career began at Grifols USA, where management of the QA Change Control department was key. Eduardo holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Communication from California State University, Long Beach.
