Rachel Lewis has work experience in the field of stem cell research and development. Rachel worked at Cellular Dynamics International from 2007 to present, where they held the positions of Scientist and Senior Scientist. Their responsibilities included differentiating pluripotent stem cells into various cell types, developing media and assays, conducting flow cytometry and cell sorting, and leading product development projects for drug discovery, toxicity testing, and disease modeling. Prior to that, they worked at the University of Wisconsin in the Thomson Lab as a Senior Research Specialist from 2000 to 2007.

Rachel Lewis attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1991 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Spanish.
