Vivian Gutierrez is a seasoned document control and project management professional with extensive experience in managing documentation and coordination on significant engineering and construction projects. Currently serving as Document Control Manager at Fronza & Francis since March 2020, Vivian oversees document management for the I2-I69C Interchange Project, ensuring compliance with TxDOT requirements. Previous roles include Construction Coordinator at EDP Renewables, Project Controller at RAM Mechanical, and Document Management Manager at Hess Corporation, where responsibilities spanned from construction documentation management to budget and scheduling coordination. Vivian has also worked with prominent firms such as Bechtel Corporation and Emerson Automation Solutions. An associate’s degree in Information Technology - Computer Network Systems was obtained from ITT-Technical School.
