Md Mortuja Kaisar is a Software Engineer specializing in research and development at Frontier Semiconductor (FSM) since June 2021. With expertise in high-performance machine control software and automation for the metrology industry, Kaisar has worked on advanced non-contact surface profiling systems, film stress measurement systems, and various semiconductor measurement technologies. Prior experience includes a software engineering role at Fortress Data Services, implementing Java web services for core banking solutions, and an internship at Misfit Technologies Ltd., where Kaisar contributed to the development of an agriculture-based web project, "iFarmer." An alumnus of Jessore University of Science & Technology, Kaisar holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science & Engineering.
