Cody Venier serves as a Program Coordinator at Frontier Energy, Inc., focusing on energy conservation programs in Minnesota, particularly the Multi-Family Building Efficiency Program. Previously, Cody held the position of Facility Lead at the City of Bloomington, managing building operations and customer service. As a Graduate Research Assistant at NOAA, Cody engaged over 100 stakeholders in a research project analyzing drought information impacts on resource consumption. Additional experience includes work as a Sustainability Consultant for Bolder Industries, emphasizing sustainable practices in the automotive industry, and various roles in customer service and research at the University of Minnesota. Cody holds a Master's degree in Urban Resilience & Sustainability from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Bachelor's degree in Forest and Natural Resource Management from the University of Minnesota.
