Joy Damerla is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in digital transformation and program delivery across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Digital Technology at Frontier Communications, Joy built a comprehensive digital portfolio and scaled a diverse team from 3 to over 250 members. Previously, Joy held senior leadership roles at HeadSpin, PwC, and Citi, where significant achievements included the establishment of quality-focused delivery squads, transformation of underperforming digital programs into Centers of Excellence, and successful management of a $32M digital portfolio. Joy's academic credentials include an Executive MBA from The Ohio State University, a Master of Science in Information Systems from DePaul University, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications from Sri Venkateswara University.
