Dennis Sands is a highly experienced medical professional with a diverse background in obstetrics, gynecology, and healthcare leadership. Currently serving as Chief Medical Officer at OSF HealthCare since October 2016, Dennis oversees quality and safety initiatives, EMR optimization, and population health. At Froedtert Health, Dennis has held multiple roles, including Medical Director for the Women and Children's CSU, focusing on service line enhancement and quality initiatives, and Site Medical Director for a physician practice. Additionally, Dennis is an Assistant Clinical Professor at the Medical College of Wisconsin, board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dennis holds a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine and an MBA from Marquette University.
