Marina Vrachniari is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Financial Reporting Manager at Frigoglass since May 2022, where responsibilities include leading the preparation of quarterly financial statements and ensuring compliance with accounting standards for the Group’s subsidiaries. Prior to this role, Marina held several positions at PwC Greece, advancing from Assurance Associate to Financial Reporting Supervisor and finally to Assurance Manager, where tasks involved designing audit strategies, managing client communication, and verifying financial statement compliance with IFRS and Greek GAAP. Marina's educational background includes an ongoing Executive MBA from Strathclyde Business School, as well as multiple professional qualifications, including ACA and Chartered Certified Accountants, complemented by a Master's degree in International and Development Economics from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin.
