Anneke Smedinga is an intern at the Turku Museum Centre, with experience at the Pharmacy Museum and the Qwensel House, focusing on communications and social media. Previous roles include travel advisor at Visit Pietarsaari Jakobstad Oy Ab and museum guide at various institutions, including the Pharmacy Museum and Turku Castle. Anneke has also gained valuable internship experience in photo cataloging at Jakobstads museum and materials archiving at Nykarleby museum. In the retail sector, Anneke has worked as a cashier and customer service representative at Osuuskauppa KPO and Friends & Brgrs. Academically, Anneke is pursuing a Master's degree in Business and Economics with a focus on Organisation and Management at Åbo Akademi University, building on a background in Nordic history and a Bachelor’s degree in History.
