Jessica Mueller serves as the Operations Coordinator at Friends of the Earth U.S., managing operations and office oversight for the Washington, DC and Berkeley, CA locations since April 2023. Previously, in roles at Interior Define, Jessica contributed as a Project Manager for Sales Operations and in Account Operations, providing management insights, streamlining processes, and enhancing customer relations through Salesforce analytics. Earlier experience includes directing shop and custom jewelry operations at Shelter, leading design consulting initiatives at The Shade Store, and managing retail teams at Current Boutique and Lucky Brand. Jessica holds a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts & Sciences with a focus on Public Relations, Costume Design, and Environmental Studies from SUNY New Paltz.
