Charles Ryan Njikho is an experienced Project Engineer at Water Mission since July 2017, specializing in budget control and expenditure management. Prior to this role, Njikho served as Zone Engineer/Water Loss Reduction Engineer at Northern Region Water Board, where responsibilities included managing a team of 90 employees and overseeing water distribution systems. Njikho's background also includes civil engineering experience at Blantyre City Council, focusing on road design and maintenance, as well as a role as Trainee Projects/Site Engineer at Blantyre Water Board. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Water, Sanitation and Health Engineering from the University of Leeds and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Malawi, The Malawi Polytechnic.
