Bailey Davis has a diverse work experience in the engineering field. They began their career as a R&D Engineering Co-op at Freudenberg Medical in January 2019. From May 2019 to April 2020, Bailey worked as an R&D Associate Engineer at the same company. They then transitioned to the role of Product Development Engineer I from April 2020 to November 2021. Currently, Bailey holds the position of Product Development Engineer II at Freudenberg Medical.

In addition to their work at Freudenberg Medical, Bailey also gained experience as an Engineering Co-op at Peptides International, Inc from May 2018 to August 2018. They also completed a Product Development Engineering Co-op at Freudenberg Medical from August 2017 to January 2018.

Before entering the workforce, Bailey was a Student Athlete in the Cross Country/Track & Field team at the University of Louisville - J.B. Speed School of Engineering, Bioengineering Department. They held this role from an unspecified date in 2014 to May 2019.
