Jay Dahlgren is currently the Executive Vice President of Manufacturing, Supply Chain & Technology at Freshpet, a position held since January 2023. Prior to this role, Jay Dahlgren worked as a Supply Chain Management consultant from November 2020 to January 2023. From March 2014 to November 2020, Jay Dahlgren served as Vice President of Operations at The J.M. Smucker Company, also holding the title of Vice President of Operations for Big Heart Pet Brands. Earlier in the career, Jay Dahlgren was the Director of Manufacturing at Del Monte Foods from June 2006 to February 2014.
