Tanigaiarassane Djearamane is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and engineering roles. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Gigamon since December 2016, Tanigaiarassane has held the title of Senior Engineering Manager at Cisco Systems since September 2010. Prior experience includes a managerial role in software engineering at Novell from 2006 to 2010 and associate management at HCL Technologies from 1999 to 2006. Tanigaiarassane's expertise encompasses leading multiple test teams for CISCO LMS product testing, recruitment and training of engineers, project management, and people development.
