Charlotte Weber is a skilled culinary professional currently serving as Cheffe Pâtissière at FRENCHIE since August 2022. Previously, Charlotte held positions as a Private Chef for various clients, Pastry Chef at The Riverside Inn where a breakfast concept was launched, Chef and Founder of Bridge Street Kitchen offering prepared meals in Fairfield County, and Pastry Chef at Chatham Beach & Tennis Club.
