Between 2013 and 2019, Kam attended EMC Workshops and Seminars, specializing in EMC theory, test setup and debugging, and mitigation techniques, with a focus on visualization of electromagnetic fields, suppressing EMI, and mitigating ESD during early design stages. From 1984 to 1996, Kam participated in IBM Skill Dynamics, where they acquired coaching for team effectiveness, interpersonal-negotiating skills, and insights on leadership. This program also covered customer and supplier relations, business economics, and database management. Currently, Kam is enrolled in Security Centric, Inc. without a specified degree or field of study from 2021 to 2023.
