Devin McDonell serves as the Vice President of Legal at SPAN since March 2024 and previously held the position of Vice President, Deputy General Counsel at Borrego from June 2016 to June 2023, where responsibilities included managing daily legal operations and developing the legal function to support various business units. Prior to Borrego, Devin gained extensive litigation experience at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP and Bingham McCutchen, specializing in trial preparation and regulatory advocacy related to energy projects. Earlier career roles included managing life coaching teams at InsideTrack and providing investor relations support at Edelman. Devin holds a Doctor of Law from the University of San Francisco School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Harvard University.
