Chongkai Jiang has extensive work experience in the software engineering field. Chongkai started their career at Nortel Networks in 2004 as a Senior Software Engineer and worked there until 2009. Chongkai then joined Bytemobile as a Tech Lead in 2009 and remained in that role until 2016. Since 2016, Chongkai has been working at FreeWheel, initially as a Lead Engineer and currently as a Principal Software Engineer.

Chongkai Jiang earned a Master's degree in Computer Science from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications from 2001 to 2004.
