Julie Maynor brings 14 years of experience in Property Management to Freeman Webb. As a Regional Manager, she oversees the on-site administration of accounting functions, marketing, and leasing efforts of several properties, which are located throughout Tennessee and in Missouri.

Julie began her career in property management in 2000 as a Leasing Agent and was quickly promoted to Property Manager. After 12 years of experience, on-site Julie was promoted to Regional Manager.

She is a member of the Chattanooga Apartment Association and holds an active certification as an ARM® (Accredited Resident Manager) through IREM. She devotes her free time to volunteering with local pet adoption centers in Chattanooga and participating in Project Homeless Connect an organization dedicated to helping the homeless.
