Pilar Victoria has extensive experience in research and data analysis within the fields of human rights and social intervention. Currently serving as a Data and Research Specialist at FreeFrom since February 2022, Pilar has previously held positions including Research Analyst II at Impact Justice, Human Rights Specialist and Field Specialist at the Comisión Interamericana de Derechos Humanos, and Project Manager at ROSES, Metropolitan Center for Research on Equity and the Transformation of Schools. Pilar's academic background includes a Master of Arts in Human Development and Social Intervention and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Psychology, both obtained from New York University. Additional roles have encompassed teaching assistance, research consultancy, and volunteer coordination, emphasizing a strong commitment to advocacy and community support.
