Martin Marsh is an experienced area manager currently overseeing public leisure facilities in Great Yarmouth for Freedom Leisure, including the £26 million Marina Leisure Centre project. With a solid background in business and commercial growth, Martin excels in strategic planning, budget creation, and project management across various leisure and wellness facilities. Previously, Martin served as a non-executive director for Greater Yarmouth Tourism and Business Improvement Area Ltd and held progressively responsible roles at SLT Group and Great Yarmouth Sport & Leisure Trust, demonstrating a strong focus on operational management and team development. Additionally, Martin has entrepreneurial experience as the managing director of Gino's Coffee and has contributed to community initiatives as the chairman of Great Yarmouth & District Round Table. Martin holds a Higher National Diploma in Leisure Management from City College Norwich.
