Jacob Richards has a strong background in hospitality and event management, currently serving as a Banquets Coordinator at Boston Park Plaza since May 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Front Office Manager and Leader in Development - Rooms at Omni Hotels & Resorts from September 2021 to May 2023. Jacob also gained valuable experience as Event Prep Staff at Terri Smith Details and as a Catering Assistant at Donald L Tucker Civic Center. Starting their career as a Food Server at Taste Of Boston from August 2016 to August 2019, Jacob holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Florida State University, completed in May 2021.
